How we became The Iron Boot Scrapers. THE IRON BOOT SCRAPERS·TUESDAY, JUNE 25, 2019· I, The Reverend Ian Patrick Harris (another story there concerning The DVLA and The Church of The Flying Spaghetti Monster) came to Brighton, fresh from music college, with the intention of bringing the world to light with my classical genius. I did create a mandolin orchestra, that is still going today, called The Fretful Federation. I now, no longer have anything to do with it. Fifteen years of my grasp of the orchestral baton was enough.
