Gong Master - Kosma Solarius

Kosma Solarius (Konstantin Jagoulis) was born in Bavaria Germany and has been in close contact with music since his early years. Kosma Solarius deeply connected with the cosmic octave tuning and the planet gongs in 2000, and this was also the year when he first met with Jens Zygar and the Star Sounds Orchestra (SSO). SSO with Jens Zygar and Steve Shroyder were the first musicians to create cosmic tuned music, and Kosma Solarius joined the band in 2001. Since his childhood, Kosma Solarius was an exceptionally creative soul. Immersed in computer science from a young age, it was not long before he was creating graphics and music on computers, and with the addition of live instruments, he started to produce cutting edge electronic music in the 80's. He has forged himself into a truly multi-dimmensional person; an artist, a graphics artist, a musician, a gong master, a performer, and now he is also a producer of international artists like Ray (CH), and Hans de Booij (NL), and is the owner of Coconut Productions Koh Phangan. Kosma Solarius became known as Gong Master for his weekly sunset gong meditations located at Orion Healing & Detox Centre, on Koh Phangan, Thailand. He integrated the gongs into his project Space Brothers, where he performed his cosmic tuned ambient music live for 4 years with guest artists at the famous Half Moon Festival. In 2015 he left Thailand after living there for about 8 years and moved on to share his art all over the planet. Moscow was his first destination in summer 2015 and he was holding his gong meditations over the time of 3 months at many different yoga centers and performed at the famous event Midsummer Night's Dream. The winter months 2015/2016 he spent in Germany. Performing in many different cities and also holding a gong meditation in Salzburg/Austria. He also had some appearances as DJ Kosma Solarius at the Plutonium-Klub in Bavaria and performed a Space Brothers set together with Jens Zygar in Hamburg at Universum Alltona. Kosma Solarius is playing a set of 5 planet gongs and 1 symphonic brilliant gong made by PAiSTe. 4 of this planet gongs are the first ever made and over many years played by their inventor Jens Zygar. It was his idea to tune gongs to the planet tones. Gong mediations also known as "gong bath" are one of the highest forms of music therapy and an remarkable sound experience for everybody.
