Контакт Юлия Закова Brainpower тел Tel: + 7 495 935 8777 Fax: + 7 495 935 8778 Job Description Job Title: Senior Finance Analyst Department: Finance Reports To: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager SUMMARY Takes responsibility for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts / reports and participates in budgeting process of the Company. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. · Is involved in the planning process for the annual budgets / strategic planning. This includes ensuring that all departments submit the appropriate information in a suitable format and on time. This will also involve aggregating information received from the various departments and putting together the “Budget book”. · Should take full responsibility for the preparation of the monthly management accounts. · Collects and analyzes fixed costs on a monthly basis, compares them to budgets/ forecasts and obtains reasons for any significant variances. · Prepares the financial monthly management pack. This includes ensuring all schedules are completed accurately & in time. · Monitors capital expenditure on a monthly basis and ensures that variances with Budget are reasonable. · Works with the IT development team to ensure the system under development meets management requirements for financial reporting. Prepares financial analyses, justifications and other analytical work for management when required. Other duties may be assigned. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting or the equivalent; Three to five years’ related experience and training LANGUAGE SKILLS Native Russian. Fluent English COMPUTER SKILLS Strong Computer skills, Microsoft Office products, Outlook, Access. Previous working experience in accounting software. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Requires strong accounting/audit experience. It is preferable to study towards qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CFA).
