Xiao Xingchen (晓星尘, Xiǎo Xīngchén) was one of Baoshan Sanren's students who left the mountain for the mortal world. Xiao Xingchen is described as a fairly young man whom cultivation robes were simple yet clean, and he carried a sword wrapped in white cloth on his back. The lower half of his face was quite handsome, although somewhat emaciated. The upper half of his face was covered with bandages about four fingers wide. Xiao Xingchen had a softpersonality but a solid heart, gentle on the outside but determined on the inside. The people of the time described Xiao Xingchen as the "bright moon and gentle breeze".
